Ambassador-päiväristeily: Ha Long Bay -kierros Sung Sotin ja Ti Topin kanssa

Dont ever skip this trip it was very memorable foods are great, excellent service. The bus is nice & clean but our bus mate Indian people are smells bad odor in their underarm that make us cover our nose because of the crazy smell from them, I am sorry but please Indian people before we went for a joiner trip please use deodorant so that you cannot disturb other people. Using deodorant in our body is also a sign of respect to others.

Toiminta jatkuu myös uudenvuoden juhlapyhien aikana. Bussi noutaa matkustajat Hanoin hotelleista noin kello 5 aamulla. Kahden tunnin ajomatkan jälkeen on lyhyt pysähdys moottoritien levähdysalueella. Noin kello 8 saavuttuaan vierailijakeskukseen, ilmoittaudu itse vastaanottoon (lähellä Highlands Coffee -kahvilaa) ja ota sitten kuljetusbussi laiturille, josta kävelet laivaan. Kunkin saaren pysähdysaika on noin 30-40 minuuttia, ja siirrot tapahtuvat eri pienillä ja keskisuurilla laivoilla. On tärkeää seurata henkilökunnan ohjeita. Koska aikataulu on tiukka, voit pyytää henkilökuntaa auttamaan reitin avaamisessa, lippujen hankkimisessa ja lautan saamisessa, muuten pelkkä jonottaminen voi viedä paljon aikaa. Sama bussi odottaa paluumatkustajia vierailijakeskuksessa. Paluumatka viivästyi tunnin muiden matkustajien vuoksi, mutta kuljettaja oli erittäin kärsivällinen. Koko matkan aikana ei ollut ostosohjelmaa, ja henkilökunnan ansiosta järjestelyt olivat erittäin sujuvat ja ruoka herkullista. Erittäin tyydyttävä kokemus!

남편과 둘이서 베트남 자유여행 계획중 결정한 상품입니다. 더 저렴한 것도 많고 종류가 많아서 고르기 힘들었는데 배가 크고 맛있는 음식과 서비스 라이브공연까지 있어서 정했는데 결과는 대만족이었습니다. 날씨도 걱정했는데 구름이 많아서 덜 더웠고 햇빛도 적당해서 걸어다니기도 좋았습니다. 특히 버스에서 내려서부터 인솔해준 하롱베이 청년 가이드는 영어도 잘하고 착해보이고 친절하게 안내를 잘 해주었습니다. 우리는 영어도 못해서 알아듣지도 못했지만 친절한 가이드들 덕분에 행복한 크루즈 여행이었습니다. 다음에 또한번 더 오고 싶을정도입니다.크루즈 마지막 라이브 공연은 정말 환상적이었네요.

Peter was an amazing guide. Ambassador Cruise is one of the largest cruises in Halong Bay. Everything was planned like clockwork. The room we booked was clean and had a balcony which gave an amazing view of the bay as a whole and a private space to unwind after the activities. The buffet spread was quite adequate to accommodate all food types. The bamboo boat ride and the speed boat ride was a paid activity, but worth it. Just an advice, don't just take the bamboo boat ride; take the speed boat ride combo. Trust me that was the highlight of the trip.

Had a great experience exploring Ha Long Bay with Ambassador Cruise. It’s our first time boarding a cruise so it was very memorable, the interior was great & neat. The itinerary was also nice. Although we were quite lost on what to do in Ti Top Island as we were given the freedom to decide. But overall it was still a pleasant experience!

Very good tour! Well organized, great entertainment and food options, excellent selection of activities at a reasonable price. Good value - would definitely go again if I had the time! Ferry is modern and very comfortable. WiFi is also available onboard at no charge.

Our tour was amazing. Our guide Rosy, she was so amazing, she guided us throughout our tour - before entering the cruise, through in & through out our tours and even while leaving.. our time was unexpectedly smoothing and lovely… and ROSY, our guide double thanks to her.. she was one of the kindest soul I have met her.. also I had my meal customised, being a Vegetarian & Jain- the food was also perfect & the service and overall cruise was great… thank you

cannot thank enough to Tâm, the đeicated tour guide which made my trip so amazing even though I travel alone. I had supposed that just got on the cruise and did everything alone, no photos, no insights; but it turned out that Tam was the guide leading us. He shared many things relating to Ha Long bay, what to focus on the cave, what we should do at Titop island and Hang Luon. Everything is just on track and I totally satisfied with my choice of this trip, even though it was more expensive than the other. for the cruise itself, I love breakfast with Pho. Lunch buffet is more than expected. So if you wish to enjoy a chill day with tasting food in the bay, this is worth trying. one minus thing is the schedule is so tight to visit the Sung Sot cave and Titop island.
