overall is good. just a bit of miscommunication between agent and driver. We almost miss the cruise, luckily the cruise waited for us. at first the van driver sent us to wrong location Catherine Cruise port as he mention that he just follow the location agent has share. after 10mins discuss he contact the agent then he sent us to the correct port which is at Danetion cafe waiting lounge (seaside), Sun port. Im happy as we still manage to join the cruise. 👍🏻👍🏻
Warm and relaxing experience on the Catherine day cruise. The space is elegant, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The food was better than expected and the service was attentive. Would definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had an amazing experience on the Catherine Horizon Cruise in Ha Long Bay! The yacht is brand new, beautifully designed, and offers a truly luxurious atmosphere. From the stunning views to the delicious food and relaxing infinity pool, everything was perfect. The itinerary was well-organized, allowing us to explore caves, kayak, and fully enjoy the beauty of the bay in comfort. Special thanks to operator Khánh for the excellent support and smooth arrangement—everything went flawlessly. Highly recommended!
The Cruise seems expensive then the rest but is worth every penny. Staff was very helpful and supportive. They helped in getting desired vegetarian options and considering us non vietnamesse, they accompanied us throughout the journey. Pickup and Drop very vehicles were also amazing
the service was great although the drinks were not cold I don’t know about the other people experiences but thats what i got, the food was top notch, o had an excellent experience would recommend.
