Market to Table -kulinaarinen elämys Singaporessa

my mom and I had an amazing experience participating in this cooking class! Our teacher Denise was funny, kind and patient with us and taught us new cooking techniques. highly recommend for foodies and those who love to cook!

A fantastic experience. We first started with a tour of a nearby market. Learned about ingredients, where they comes from and how they are typically used. Not just food, but I also learned about Singapore's diversity, housing and history. Then we walked back to the cooking studio. Cooked Hainanese Chicken + rice, Ngoh Hiang (meat rolls in a bean curd skin) and Kueh Dadar (pandan crepe rolls). Learned about different cooking techniques. It was informative. Then we ate and chatted for a while! I learned so much and wished I had booked more tours during my stay... Thank you Denise for cultivating such a wonderful tour!

Such a fun and unique experience! We shopped for ingredients in the market and cooked 3 dishes! Chef was sooooo friendly and patient. We had a great time cooking and learning with him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The experience started with a tour of the market and the housing of Singapore. Vivian explained well some interesting facts about the country. The market experience was another thing! And of course, the cooking. It was the memorable tour of our vacation. From food prep to actual cooking, we did it! And the food we made was delicious. Something we can try when we go back home.

It was a very enjoyable experience. I had wondered if it was possible to do everything within the assigned time frame, but the tour and cooking were perfectly timed: we managed to do a short tour of the area, go to the market for fresh ingredients, and cook 3 dishes without feeling rushed. We really appreciated Colin's company and his cultural and culinary tips.

혼자 간 쿠킹클래스였는데도 너무 친절하셔서 즐거운 경험이 었습니다. 현지 시장 투어는 너무 이색적이었고 역사적인 에피소드나 요리팁들도 매우 흥미로웠습니다. 3가지 요리를 만들었는데 식재료 하나하나 정성스럽게 소개 및 설명해주셔서 너무 신기했어요. 그 중 두유피에 속재료를 넣어 튀긴 음식은 최고였습니다. 비용 그 이상의 가치를 한 경험이었습니다. 좋은 추억을 만들어준 쉐프님에게 감사합니다 : ) 고민하시는 분들이 계시다면 적극 추천해요!

5번이나 와서 심심할뻔 했던 싱가폴에서 쿠킹은 재미가 있었다. 아이들은 센토사 놀이, 나는 요리. 추천하고 싶다. 싱가폴 국수, 스프링롤, 코코넛 팬케잌까지 3가지나 배웠고 선생님도 친절했다
