老闆、教練同攝影師非常友善而且專業，提供了一個非常輕鬆亦愉快的環境給我們一家初體驗的家庭！我們只需要換上泳衣，再穿上他們提供的飄流服裝及救生衣就可以輕鬆出發！連計我們一家四口，另有兩位日本遊客一起出發。教練為我們用英語耐心講解安全措施及事項。他是一個很有熱誠及專業的教練，亦為我們提供一個愉快的氣氛！在飄流的過程中雖然好像有一點令人緊張的急流，但你只需要按照教練的提示，就可以輕鬆完成行程，就連我的五歲及十歲小童亦樂在其中！我的孩子甚至乎在飄流的終點，在教練的指導下，在石上跳入流水中，我為他們感到自豪！當然我也參與其中，跳下去感受一番北海道在八月底清澈而稍為有點寒的流水，真是十分棒！這個活動成為了我們一家人在北海道最深刻的回憶體驗！活動完結時，攝影師為我們拍攝了很多精彩的照片，在活動完結時全部給了我們，留下了很美好的回憶！

景色很靚，導遊專業，有英語指導。八月中時分水比較冷，但裝備良好，讓遊客能放心體驗。攝影師也在行程的不同時間為遊客拍照，而且質素很高，值得推薦。不過附近並沒有任何便利商店，建議先購買好再去到。

今天來了南富良野泛舟，最後是選這家的行程，全部大概三個小時左右，一路上看到很多美景跟有很刺激的漂流，河水很乾淨，中途看到很多魚而且還能下去游泳跳水，我們遇到的是一個尼泊爾導遊，英文溝通完全沒問題，一路上也會講解，超級推薦來玩這個活動！！！

we had such a fun and incredible time rafting together as a family. Magar was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and made sure we all felt safe and had the best possible experience. The experience was thrilling yet everything ran so smoothly and it was one of the most enjoyable experiences we've had on vacation. we are very grateful that we were able to book this rafting experience together as a family- would highly recommend as an exciting and fun activity for all ages!

We were a group of 4 doing rafting in the morning session. The location is easy to locate and the place is clean and tidy. The owner and staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. The all-included gear, dry suit , wet shoes, and safety vest are all in good condition. During the rafting , photos were not only taken by the wife of the owner, but also the coach. He multitasked very well , not only controlling the raft very well and safe but also encouraging us to jump into the water and even took nice videos. It definitely made our trip even more memorable. All photos taken with the company’s camera can also be received after the end of the session. In conclusion: highly recommend the company for those who enjoy some challenging activities, and they also do fishing trips if that interests you more.

This is the best rafting I did. The water is clean, the view is nice. the staff are very professional and considerate. This company has excellent service. I recommend this for any family in summer in Hokkaido. I just did this in the morning. I loved it.

服務超貼心，體驗非常好

由開始集合時，職員已很有禮貌很有耐心幫助我們，怎樣穿衣服及教導指令。另一位職員隨團幫我們攝影，服務態度有禮待人，今天嘅天氣落雨及寒冷，職員又開暖氣及暖貼給我們。整個旅程都很刺激開心興奮，真係好難忘，好在我們有到此享受。職員幫我們影相，完結後給我們過程嘅相片，真的很感謝。大家有空可以去參與吓，真係一試難忘，很好的體驗。

안전하고 깨끗하고 영어를 잘하는 분이 계서서 외국인들도 부담없이 할 수 있습니다. 가족이 생일이었으는데 좀 더 재밌게 익사이팅하게 많이 챙겨주셨습니다. 네팔에서 오신 수나 가이드님 감사합니다.
