Easily one of the highlight of my trip. Kevin the master distiller lead the class and was very helpful in explaining all the different factors and steps of crafting a great gin. He clearly explains his vision and intent of every year's vision and idea and baigur gin creates a different flavour every year. The class itself allows full experimentation allowing you to craft a gin that is truly yours

Such a fun and different experience! We got to smell, mix, and create our own gin — and yes, we felt like real “scientists” for a moment 🤓 The staff were super friendly, they made everything simple and enjoyable. If you’re bored of normal tours, this is definitely something you should try. Bonus: you go home with your own gin ❤️

Master distiller was very knowledgeable and the “make your gin experience” was awesome!!! Learned a lot about gin. Really recomend to have a cocktail at the bar in the garden area.

I joined this on my own and still had so much fun with the other guests — such a great vibe! Making my own gin was a real wow moment 😄 Super fun, easy to follow, and definitely something different to try in Saigon.

So cool that I was able to made my own gin! They offer a wide variety of botanicals, and it’s surprisingly fun to experiment and create something that feels personal. The distillery is modern, stylish, and full of character. If you’re in Saigon and want something unqiue, this experience's definitely worth trying.
