I recently tried the Mujo Ice Bath, and wow, what an incredible experience! At first, I was nervous—stepping into something so cold felt intimidating, and I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to handle it. But once I took the plunge and embraced the chill, it turned into something truly empowering. The team at Mujo made the entire process smooth and supportive, guiding me through every step. Conquering my fear wasn’t just a physical achievement—it felt like a mental victory too. I walked away feeling refreshed, invigorated, and proud of myself. If you’ve ever thought about trying an ice bath but felt hesitant, I say go for it. It’s challenging but so worth it, and Mujo makes it a truly memorable experience. Can’t wait to do it again!

Mujo's staff is very accommodating and friendly. The instructor also explained the introduction to ice bath and gave enough guidance for first-timers. I accidentally left my smartwatch back there after my ice bath but I was able to get it the next day (the staff was able to safekeep it).

i loved my experience here. it was my first time and i might just wanna do it again. i alsoi think it is fairly priced. it can be a very useful and rejuvenating experience after doing extreme sports or just to calm your mind. i did 5 minutes on my first time which was honestly cool. 10/10 would do it again.

It is indeed an experience worth trying! The session started with an introduction and theory on Ice bath which was very informative. You get to see the actual temperature (-2.6C at that time) and for how long is the ave for first timers. Then they’ll ask you to take a quick rinse before going in the tub. The guide was deeply knowledgable on their service, he’s attentive and keeps you on track of the time.

it was my first time trying ice bath and it was a fun experience. the staff and the co-owner, Adam were very nice also.
