Opi sekoittamaan kolme ikonista spritz-cocktailia – Aperol, Hugo ja Limoncello – ammattikokin ja baarimestarin opastuksella. Kääri sitten hihat ja valmista tuoretta pastaa alusta alkaen, yhdistettynä klassiseen carbonaraan tai kasvisversioon cacio e pepestä.
Lopuksi nauti käsintehdystä ateriastasi muiden vieraiden kanssa, jakaen hyvää ruokaa, juomia ja eloisaa roomalaista tunnelmaa.

Our group of 7 had the best time at our class and it was one of the highlights of our time in Italy. The sprits flowed generously, the instructions throughout the class were easy to follow (even after a few sprits refills).. not to mention our host was there to help.. and was an absolute vibe! We laughed a lot, learned real techniques we’ll actually use again, left full and ‘slightly’ buzzed. If you’re looking for a cooking class that’s more fun than formal, but still extremely useful.. this is 100% the one to book!
PASTA! friendly greet and easy to find. top quality preparation and instruction. honestly learned a lot while having a blast. I feel confident I can recreate this at home. I truly watched as my unskilled hands made the dish I ate later. top memory made in Roma. thank you.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the class, Jem was brilliant - super welcoming, friendly & informative. He put us at ease & was super helpful. Jem was incredibly knowledgeable & supportive - even offering to take photos for us! The food was lovely & the atmosphere was great. 10/10 would reccomend!

Mariza and Eva were great and helping us with a miscommunication on our booking. They were able to provide us the experience and class that we were looking for and made it funny, and enjoyable while still being professional with what they did. I would definitely recommend this class with these two instructors as they made this a very memorable experience!
Gio’s class was one of our favorite memories in Rome! She’s warm, fun, and an amazing teacher. We learned so much, laughed a lot, and enjoyed the most delicious meal. Truly an unforgettable experience, highly recommend! 🍝❤️
very fun experience and if you want to learn how to make pasta, this simple and straight forward class will teach you. not only that, you’ll be slightly tipsy while doing it and get along with the other people you’ll be with. it was a very fun experience
