Erittäin hyvä ja kokenut kuljettaja täynnä tietoa... vaikka hierontapaikka, johon hän meidät vei, oli hieman "outo" (laiska ja kallis), hän oli silti mukava ja mukautui erilaisiin asioihin.

Mr Ahand picked us up punctually and took awesome videos of us from the jetty. Really appreciate his effort to help us capture these memories. The mangrove tour guides were clear and friendly too. Btw, the boat was relatively quiet and smooth. My family members all loved this experience!

Superlative customer experience right from the driver who pices us up and also the guide in the boat. we took the firefly ride and we were able to a million flies in the dark. they also let you hold a firefly if you’re ready to.

Good communication with Indal from customer service, and the driver/guide that brought us on the tour, Mr. Dedi, is also very polite and friendly. Car ride and boat ride were both safe and comfortable. Not many fireflies when we visited unfortunately but that's something tour providers cannot control. The guide and boatman did their best to show us as many fireflies as possible. Overall a very good experience.

Ou tour guide was Fendy. He spoke both good English and Chinese so communication was no issue at all. He arrived promptly at the hotel lobby to pick us up and greeted with a nice warm smile. We felt comfortable with him. The highlight for us was the fireflies tour. There were so many! We could even hold them in our hands. What an exciting adventure. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering.
