The staff helped me change into slippers, took care of my shoes, and gave me an iPad where I could select my preferred massage pressure and indicate which areas I wanted the therapist to focus on or avoid. I really liked this system because it made it easy to communicate my preferences. The spa itself is very spacious and well-maintained, with a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. I was very impressed with the facilities and overall cleanliness. After the massage, I was invited to enjoy some tea and mango sticky rice, which was a lovely way to finish the experience.
