One valid ticket per person is required for admission.
This ticket is valid only for the specified date, session and seat. All tickets sold are non-refundable, non-transferable, not for resale, non-exchangeable and non-cancellable. All handling fees are non-refundable.
There are no specific age restrictions for this performance. However, please advise that the anime series is rated TV-MA and 16+ for violence & gore. Attendees, including parents or guardians accompanying minors, should exercise their own discretion in determining whether the performance is suitable.
Ticket holders are responsible for the safekeeping of their tickets. The Organizer accepts no responsibility and will issue no replacements for lost, stolen, damaged, or duplicated tickets. Any forged, screenshot, photocopied, altered, defaced, or unrecognizable tickets will be deemed invalid and denied admission.
The venue and Organizer reserve the right to determine the time and manner of latecomer admission.
All attendees are subject to security checks. Food, beverages, glass containers, dangerous items, flammable materials, laser devices, long umbrellas, professional cameras, professional audio recording devices, video recording equipment, and any other items deemed inappropriate by the Organizer are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
The event contains copyrighted and intellectual property-protected materials. Any unauthorized recording, reproduction, downloading, adaptation, distribution, public display, or commercial use may constitute infringement of copyright and intellectual property rights.
Without prior written consent from the Organizer, photography, video recording, audio recording, live streaming, screen capturing, or broadcasting within the venue is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized recording, streaming, uploading, sharing, publishing, or distribution of event content, including but not limited to visuals, audio, animation, projected content, programme content and related materials, is strictly prohibited. Violators may be required to delete such content immediately, removed from the venue without refund, and may be subject to legal action by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to conduct photography and video recording during the event for promotional, archival and marketing purposes. By entering the venue, ticket holders consent to the possible capture and use of their likeness in related promotional materials without further notice or compensation.
Except for officially authorized merchandise, no unauthorized goods, promotional materials, or commercial materials may be displayed, sold, distributed, or promoted within the venue.
Ticket holders shall not engage in any conduct that may disrupt event order, safety, the experience of other attendees, or prejudice the rights or interests of the Organizer, rights holders, partners, or venue. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any person from the venue without refund or compensation.
If the event is postponed, tickets shall remain valid for the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled, ticket holders may apply for a refund within the designated period. Late applications will not be accepted.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend event arrangements without prior notice, including but not limited to seating plans, audience capacity, event schedule, programme content, performers, merchandise arrangements, and operational arrangements. The Organizer reserves the right of final decision.
