The Christmas season is fast approaching, and Santa realises his long holiday is coming to an end. Together with his elves, reindeer and angels, Santa is gearing up to bring Christmas magic to life once again. The doors of his Christmas Headquarters at ifc mall are now open, giving you an exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpse into his enchanting festive preparations.

From 21 Nov 2025 to 1 Jan 2026, come to ifc mall to discover a secret Christmas wonderland filled with magical surprises, peek into the squad’s collaborations, and unlock countless interactive experiences and festivities. Donate HK$180 to Make-A-Wish Hong Kong for a session at the designated time to capture a magical moment with Santa^. Take home a beautifully printed, framed photo and delightful Santa Surprise Treats to treasure forever*.

# The opening hours vary every day. Please refer to Klook’s official ticket sales details. Each group will last for a maximum of 5 minutes. A maximum of 4 participants are allowed per group. Participants are required to arrive at the designated venue of ifc mall at the start time and date of the registered session. Late comers will not be accepted and no make-up session will be arranged.

By participating in the “Santa Meet & Greet” Event (the “Event”), participants agree to comply with and be bound by the corresponding terms and conditions.
Participant(s) is required to register ifc mall’s “Santa Meet & Greet” on Klook’s registration site. Quotas are limited and will be allocated based on the transaction time on Klook, on a first come, first served basis.
Registered participants are required to present their registration QR codes to the staff of ifc mall for verification at the entrance of Santa Lookout of the Christmas Installation.
Each invited CLUB ic member and Klook member can register for one session only.
Each group of participants can receive one printed, framed photo and one box of Santa Surprise Treats.
All proceeds from “Santa Meet & Greet” will go to Make-A-Wish Hong Kong. Donation receipt will not be provided.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Purchases of ticket(s) are not entitled to any shopping reward redemption in ifc mall.
Selected members refers to Purple and above members who opt-in to CLUB ic marketing communications as of 6 Nov 2025.
Only invited CLUB ic members can register for one session. Invited members have to fill in their membership ID and mobile phone number (last four digits) registered for CLUB ic membership during registration.
Each session accommodates 3 to 4 groups of participants, with a maximum session time of 5 minutes per group. On-site staff will organise the entry for each group according to their actual arrival times.
A maximum of 4 participants are allowed per group.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times in the event area.
Photos of all promotional materials are for reference only.
Participants are required to arrive at the specified venue at ifc mall on the scheduled date and time of their registered session. Late arrivals will not be accepted and no rescheduling will be arranged.
No food or drink is allowed.
No pets are allowed in Santa Lookout.
The printed and framed photo, and Santa Surprise Treats cannot be exchanged, returned or exchanged for cash.
Any lost or damaged printed and framed photo, and Santa Surprise Treats will not be redistributed.
The Santa Surprise Treats and its packaging are provided by third-party suppliers. ifc shall not be legally liable for (including but not limited to) the quality of such Santa Surprise Treats and packaging; nor guarantee nor be responsible for the consequences arising from consuming the Santa Surprise Treats or the use of its packaging.
Participants must abide by the Terms and Conditions for Participation and instructions advised by the staff at the Event.
In case of any act of God or other unforeseen circumstances, including Black Rainstorm and Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, ifc may change the operating hours of the Event or close it temporarily. The reservations will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- When the Tropical Cyclone Pre-No. 8 Special Announcement or Warning Signal No. 8 or above is issued: The Event will be closed and cancelled immediately. If the signal is lowered or cancelled by the Hong Kong Observatory before or at 2pm, the Event will resume operation in 3 hours. If the signal is lowered or cancelled after 2pm, the Event will be closed for the day.
- When the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued: If the signal is issued during Event hours, it will remain in normal operation. If the signal is issued before the Event opens, the Event will remain closed. If the signal is lowered or cancelled by the Hong Kong Observatory before or at 2pm, the Event will resume operation in 3 hours. If the signal is lowered or cancelled after 2pm, the Event will be closed for the day.
ifc may, without prior notice and without compensation, change the operating hours of the Event, close it temporarily or permanently, and/or restrict the number of participants with access to the event, due to capacity, equipment maintenance, or if ifc considers that the circumstances so require.
Any personal data the participants provide to ifc will not be used for any other purpose other than in relation to this Event and will not be transferred to any third party. The information collected will be erased from the database after the Event.
In case of any dispute, ifc reserves the right of final decision, including the right to suspend, change or terminate the Event and of its terms and conditions without prior notice.
In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
