- A platform fee of HK$48 will be added to each electronic ticket.
- A maximum of four tickets can be purchased per transaction.
- This event uses QR CODE electronic tickets and does not allow for the exchange of physical tickets. M
- Please note: Once online registration is successfully completed, changes or refunds are not allowed.
- To protect your rights, do not purchase electronic tickets from others, as entry may be denied, and the organizer reserves the right to cancel such tickets.
- Please verify your order details carefully. Once registration is successful, it indicates that the registrant agrees to pay for the transaction content and price and cannot refuse the transaction fees for any reason.
- Please keep your tickets safe. In case of loss, damage, or destruction, no re-registration will be allowed. Any alterations, photocopies, or scanned copies of tickets are considered invalid.
- If the event cannot take place due to extreme weather conditions, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or adjust the performance time on that day. The organizer will allow sufficient time to notify ticket holders via the company's social media platforms and will not provide individual notifications.
Important Notice
- Unauthorized photography, videography, and audio recording are not allowed inside the venue. Attendees must undergo bag/backpack checks before entering. Items larger than 38 x 30 x 20 cm (15 x 12 x 8 inches), all professional cameras/iPads, recording devices, and folding chairs are prohibited inside the performance area. Long umbrellas are also not allowed at the concert.
- Tickets must be purchased from official ticket sales points. Any damaged, stained, altered, incomplete, or photocopied tickets will not be accepted.
- All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each ticket is valid for one person only, and lost or unassigned tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
- For safety reasons, selfie sticks are not allowed within the venue.
