WestK x HKYAF: Miller Performing Arts – Gen Last | Musical Introduction

An original musical production about the power of optimism and empowerment, performed by young local talents

In 2055, a group of extraordinary young people from around the world, the “Crystal Children”, come together to confront the consequences of climate change. Knowing that the fate of the planet rests in their hands, the bold protagonists arm themselves with a shared determination to coexist harmoniously with nature.

Witness the story of empowerment and optimism at the heart of Gen Last – the original musical written and directed by HKYAF founder Lindsey McAlister, and co-presented and co-produced by WestK and the Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation.

Gen Last, featuring a talented cast of young Hong Kong performers aged 7–25, premieres this November at Freespace.
