• Grandstand seats with built on risers
• Must complete ticketing website member registration before proceeding any ticket purchase.
• Registration does not guarantee you a ticket. Your WayZenNi WEVERSE number will be your presale promo code
• Please pre-check each ticketing system’s payment method and tickets delivery restrictions before proceeding your purchase.
• Purchase limit is 1 ticket for WayZenNi WEVERSE pre-sale and 4 tickets per show (including the 1 ticket purchased during the pre-sale) per transaction for general sale. If more than 1 ticket are purchased with the same membership ID after verification, the organizer has the right to cancel the ticket transaction.
• Each ticket is assigned a specific seat.
• Age limit: 3 years or above. One person per ticket regardless of age. A valid ticket is required for admission
• Cityline physical tickets: Please bring the ticket collection number you used when purchasing tickets online to collect your tickets at the nearby "Cityline UTDM self-service ticket machine" or by mail/smart locker method (Guests must pay postage) to collect tickets.
• Fantopia physical tickets will be delivered staring on November 18th 2024. Please enter the correct information (eg. address & phone number) when you purchase the tickets. You can track the status of ticket deliveries through "Fantopia- My Tickets". Ticket purchasers from outside Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau: Please pay attention to the subsequent ticket redemption notice.
• Damai physical tickets will be delivered starting on November 18th 2024. Please enter the correct information (eg. address & phone number) when you purchase the tickets. You can track the status of ticket deliveries through "Damai APP - My Tickets".
• If ticket is lost, damaged, defaced or stolen, the Organizer and ticketing agency will not reissue or replace the ticket, and will not bear any responsibility. Please keep it carefully.
• Ticket holders must abide by the rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo. Otherwise, may be denied entry to the venue without refund.
