Interactive Sports Arena Introduction

To welcome the upcoming Paris Olympics in July and to promote a citywide sports fever, Wan Chai Harbourfront Event Space will host a brand-new program Interactive Sports Arena from July 4 to 19. The event will create a diverse sports playground, incorporating a variety of sports and fitness activities that integrate different technologies. The 16-day program will be open to the public free of charge, bringing a fresh and exhilarating recreational experience.

Interactive Sports Arena will feature sports activities that integrate technology or lighting effects, attracting public participation. These include "Land Rowing", "Speed Cycling", "Power Punch", "Dart Duel", "Speed Catcher", "Table Tennis Frenzy", "Energy Zone", "Glowing Rope Jump" and "Light Hoops". Engaging in the diverse indoor and outdoor sports programs at the approximately 13,300 square meters Wan Chai Harbourfront Event Space, which offers magnificent views of Victoria Harbour as well as convenient transportation access, makes it like a sports party. Both adults and children can showcase their athletic abilities and enjoy an exhilarating recreational experience.

The key highlights of the program include indoor activities such as "Land Rowing" and "Speed Cycling". The "Land Rowing" features rowing machines with screens, allowing players to feel as if they are competing in Victoria Harbour. The "Speed Cycling" features electric bicycles with screens, enabling participants to enjoy the stunning scenery of Hong Kong while cycling. Players can also utilize electronic devices to engage in boxing, darts, fitness training, table tennis to test their reactions. Activities with lighting effects such as "Glowing Rope Jump" and "Light Hoops" will add vibrancy to the dazzling Wan Chai Harbourfront at night.

Special Present: A-Maze-ing Harbourfront

The A-Maze-ing Harbourfront combines elements of creative art, entertainment, instagrammable spots, and fun adventure all into one immersive experience comprising five major mazes: Time Mazing - focused on light and shadow, Infinite Mirror Maze - designed with mirror reflections, Lost in the Woods - constructed with the use of bamboo elements, Light Box Maze - immersing individuals in a series of unique light boxes, and Air Maze - specially designed for highly energetic children.
