About the event
Autumn cultivation for youths and grown-ups! A group of young dancers aged 5 to 12 follow CCDC dance artists to venture into the rice fields and plant golden ears of rice. Moving their innocent hearts, they perform a joyous dance of harvest for every family, nourishing hearts – big or small.
As the hand-clapping game goes ‘Siu Ming Siu Ming Siu Siu Ming, up up down down left left right right front front back back…puff’, where has he slid to? This dance season, the household name ‘Siu Ming’ becomes the protagonist. Let’s slide into a mysterious territory to experience an ‘extra-ordinary’ adventure.
Led by choreographers Shirley Lok and Peggy Lam, the youths and grown-ups let go of their grip to embrace a journey to seek the extraordinary in the ordinary, collecting the fruit-to-be.
