Mayday Hong Kong concert is on sale again!

The organizer has confirmed that the refunded tickets have been completed on May 1, 2024

It will be transferred to a postponed sale on May 9, 2024, and will be scheduled for public sale again.

In addtion, after the stage is set up, the organizer observes the actual situation. A small number of tickets will be adjusted and provided to the majority of fans.

Mayday Hong Kong Concert 2024｜Announcement and follow-up on the postponement of the May 1 Show

Due to extremely severe weather conditions and heavy rain, some stage facilities have malfunctioned for the performance scheduled on May 1, 2024. In order to ensure the safety of the audience, staff, and artists, after careful evaluation, the performance has been rescheduled to May 9, 2024.

The organizers have made the following arrangements for those who have purchased tickets for the May 1, 2024 show. Please take note:

A. Ticket holders for May 1, 2024 can use their original tickets (including ticket stubs) to attend the rescheduled performance on May 9, 2024, in their originally assigned seats.

B. If unable to attend the rescheduled performance on May 9, 2024, please refer to the refund options and details on the announcement from TOPTOP Entertainment.

The MAYDAY #5525 LIVE TOUR [Back to That Day] 25th Anniversary Tour Concert in Hong Kong has been in high demand since it went on sale. In order to accommodate fans as much as possible, after the stage setup, a small number of tickets have been released for purchase after on-site observation. Ticket holders for May 1, 2024 can choose to exchange their tickets for May 3, 4, 5, 7, or 8, 2024 shows with a ticket price of $780 (based on the principle of "excess refunded, shortfall paid," until tickets are fully exchanged). The organizers will also transfer tickets confirmed to have been refunded for May 1, 2024 to the rescheduled performance on May 9, 2024, and arrange for them to be publicly available for sale on Cityline starting at 12:00 noon on May 7, 2024.

Due to the extremely bad weather and heavy rain last night, some stage facilities failed. In order to ensure the safety of the audience, staff and artists, after careful evaluation, we regret to inform that tonight’s 1/5/2024 show will be postponed to 9/5/2024. Please understand and forgive me.

In this regard, the organizer deeply apologizes for the inconvenience caused to all viewers. All audiences can watch the 9/5/2024 show with the original tickets from 1/5/2024 or apply for a refund unconditionally.

TOPTOP Entertainment will release the details as soon as possible after further consultation with relevant parties.

Audiences are kindly requested not to enter the venue tonight and remember to reserve your tickets.
