Discovery Bay Easter Egg Hunt on the Beach cum Carnival｜Easter 2024 Introduction

Discovery Bay has always been a beloved destination for Hong Kong families. Get ready for the 17th edition of the iconic and egg-citing "Discovery Bay Easter Egg Hunt on the Beach," a signature Easter event that promises endless family fun and joy! Calling for all young adventurers aged 3 to 10, it's your chance to become Egg Hunters and embark on an epic quest to find colourful Easter eggs hidden along the stunning Tai Pak Beach on 29 - 30 March (Fri - Sat). More than 46,000 fabulous prizes and special grand prizes with a total value of over HK$1 million are waiting for you to EGGx-plore!

But the fun doesn't stop there - get ready to bounce and play at the DB Plaza Inflatable Funland, where amusing bouncy castles and game booths are set up for children. DB North Plaza will be transformed into an adrenaline-pumping DBN Wong-Kam-Po Cycling Funland, hosted by none other than Mr. Wong Kam Po, internationally renowned track cycling world champion! Kids will EGGs-perience the fun of balance bike rides and exhilarating cycling e-sports here! You can also capture unforgettable and joyous moments at the vibrant Easter-themed photo spots in both DB Plaza and DB North Plaza. Discovery Bay Easter Egg Hunt on the Beach cum Carnival

In this two-day event, the Egg Hunters will be divided into 3 age groups to participate in their respective game sessions: 3-4 years old (accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or above), 5-6 years old, and 7-10 years old. All participants will receive a welcome goodie bag, which includes a shovel set and souvenirs. Each colourful Easter egg hunted can be redeemed for an Egg Prize. The Egg Hunters who find the Grand Eggs will win a Grand Egg Prize, each valued at above HK$1,000! The Egg Hunters will also receive a Certificate of Excellence in recognition of their participation.

DB Plaza Inflatable Funland*

Children who hold a valid Egg Hunt Pass can also participate in the DB Plaza Inflatable Funland for free! Experience the excitement of bouncy castles and game booths. Soar through the air in the magnificent dragon bouncy castle, slide down the tiger inflatable slide, and dive into the buzzing bee inflatable ball pit. Join us for an Easter celebration filled with laughter, excitement, and endless fun! Public is also welcome to participate in this inflatable funland.

DBN Wong-Kam-Po Cycling Funland*

Join us for an exciting event hosted by cycling world champion Wong Kam Po! Kids can participate in thrilling balance bike games, or immerse themselves in exhilarating cycling e-sports. Experience the joy of cycling while enjoying a breathtaking sea view at DB North Plaza!

*Remarks: For Egg Hunt Pass holders, a complimentary Game Pass is included providing free same-day access to DB Plaza Inflatable Funland and the DBN Wong-Kam-Po Cycling Funland. For the public, they are also welcome to participate in the carnival while administration fee will be applied for individual games and workshops.

Discovery Bay Easter Carnival

To extend the joyful atmosphere of Easter, the DB Plaza Inflatable Funland and the DBN Wong-Kam-Po Cycling Funland will continue to open for children to have a blast and bounce their way through Easter.

• Registration: Public registration starts on 13 March from 10:00am on KKday. The administrative fee is HK$200# (including a 50-minute session at the DB Plaza Inflatable Funland and a 15-minute session at the DBN Wong-Kam-Po Cycling Funland).

Registration method:

Sign your children up as an Easter Egg Hunter via KKday website and app from 28 February onwards!

1. Early bird discount for DB residents (21 February 10:00am – 25 February)

Discovery Bay residents can register on KKday to enjoy an early bird discount. The discounted administration fee for each Egg Hunt Pass1 is HK$250#.

(Valid proof of Discovery Bay residency must be presented upon admission on the day of the event, otherwise it will result in disqualification from participating in the event, and no refunds will be provided.)

2. Public registration (From 28 February 10:00am)

Public registration will be available on KKday.

The administration fee for each Egg Hunt Pass1 is HK$280#.

3. Book “Easter Egg Hunt Room Package” at Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong (available from 24 February)
