A Swedish night featuring vocalist Viktoria Tolstoy and piano virtuoso Jacob Karlzon!

Viktoria Tolstoy is a great melodramatist of jazz. Pat Metheny even complimented on her singing: “When you sing, the sun rises.” In the first set of performance, she will be joined by Jacob Karlzon, who has been her accompanist for more than 20 years.

Karlzon, whose music sits at the intersection of cool Scandinavian sensibilities (space, melancholy and sensitivity) and their emotional opposites (heat and passion), will be joined by Morten Ramsbøl on bass and Rasmus Kihlberg on drums as a trio in the second set.
