Mr.Junk Sticker Show｜Exhibition Introduction
In the 1980s, the Japanese food and play sticker culture was crazy in Hong Kong. Mr. Junk, as a collector of medieval stickers and an original sticker designer, hopes that more people will understand the cultural history and design features of stickers. The original sticker series includes: "God's World" with the theme of gods from all over the world and "Element Gate" with chemical elements as the characters.
This exhibition focuses on the Element Gate series, displaying more than 20 elemental characters, and several of the works are enlarged and printed in different ways. In order to inject new elements into the stickers, each "Element Gate" sticker has also added an AR function, hoping that the audience will have a new experience with the stickers of the past.
