Workshop Introduction

Calling budding theatre-makers ages 12 or above for a role on stage or backstage! This one day workshop is a rare fast track opportunity for hands-on practical experience. Participants can collaborate on their final showcase at the end of the workshop. The full day event takes place on 1 & 2 May 2022 at the Ngau Chi Wan Civic Centre Cultural Activities Hall and Theatre, conducted in Cantonese.

Acting Workshop (Tutor: Kenny Poon)

Be a professional actor for the day and star in the final showcase. Learn the basics of performing, analysing a script and rehearsing a part from selected extracts.

Stage Production Workshop (Tutor: Oscar Fung, SiuBao Fong, Issac Wong)

From stage management, sound design, lighting design, to set and prop design, stage professionals from selected fields will assist and provide support during the final showcase.
