Amazing hotel!!!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Unfortunately, I got cold on my journey to Norway and the team brought me ginger tea and ginger shots to cure my cold without me asking. I was very impressed! I would highly recommend this hotel to all visitors.

Beautiful classy hotel! Rooms are modern and beds are dreamy. The spa was lovely location is convenient. Oslo is a very walkable city.

Super location on the water with bars and restaurants nearby

No plug sockets by bed, could not charge phone whilst lights are off as it stopped the power to the sockets, balcony floor felt unstable, air-con didn’t work that well and one bottle of complementary water for a room of 2 guests, didn’t feel like 5 star.

Great Location right on the water. Major attractions, Shopping, Dinning all walking distance. Great SPA. The only thing to improve is some stains in the carpet in the corridors.

Property is located on the waterfront, so nice location. Staff promptness to answering calls was slow to not at all. Breakfast was included in my room rate, so quality of food available was good not great. Also breakfast service staff was quite busy so response times for coffees and breakfast orders was quite slow. Vegetarian food options are literally non existent in their room service or restaurant menus - so if you are vegetarian, be prepared to eat outside or order food in. Will look for better hotel options in Oslo next time!!
