We really enjoyed our stay at the Manhattan Club. The location was terrific. We had a room with a separate living room with a pullout couch, which worked great for families with kids. It was nice to have that little extra space in the middle of the city. I was a little nervous about the air conditioning not working great (we stayed mid-July and had read this about other reviews) but honestly, it wasn't a problem at all. The room was plenty cool.
The only real downside was that the elevator situation was annoying in that one of the elevators was being worked on so there was one elevator for the remainder of the hotel, so you were definitely waiting for an elevator. Not the end of the world.... We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a great hotel in the middle of the city.
