The room gets really dry. But, there is no screen on the window, so you probably won't want to open the windows to let in external humidity. My voice felt strained the next day due to sleeping in the very dry environment. Other than that, it is a normal business hotel in Japan.

Upset for my room wifi is out of order! And the staff was not able to help!

Booked this hotel for a friends wedding. The hotel was ideally located and was very close to the sano premium outlets that helped pass the time with some shopping. Great range of food and outlets there (very american style) My only complaint was the room constantly smelled like smoke. I have stayed in other "Smoking Rooms" in japan that have not smelt quite so strongly of it. To sum up Comfortable bed ✓ Great Location ✓ Cheap ✓ Room strongly smelling of smoke ✘

knowing this was a budget inn when I made the booking. Not much expectation except hoping it not a lousy one. Upon arrival, I find everything positively surprising. Even the breakfast is highly commendable. Where else can one find such a price bargain for a budget accommodation ! I was a little worried when making the booking because not many photos to show. But I can say that the actual condition is much better than the pictures posted in the booking site.

Based on online direction, we knew it's opposite the bus terminal .. but when we arrived on the first day ..didn't know how to go across the road to the Inn - in front of us . Crossing the road to the Inn is quite adventurous as traffic is heavy and not much space for us with a luggage at road centre divider. Didn't know we should go to the further end traffic light - until the staff told us Wifi is good at main lobby but weak in the room. Overall the Inn is very comfortable and friendly Japanese staff trying their best to speak English with us. Thumbs up!

no frills accommodation but hotel is clean and conveniently located close to Sano Premium Outlets.
