The overall location was nice, pretty quiet, other than the cyclone outside but that wasn’t their fault. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice as well! We used the hot tub and it was nice and hot despite the winds. We would stay here again if in the area!

The room was clean. Air conditioning wasn't working and wasn't looked at when we requested it be looked at. There was a good selection of different pillows, which is good.

Great stay for my family of five. Breakfast and pool were the highlights

A truly distinguished hotel addresses problems with grace. When we arrived, the AC was not working; and the room was very hot. The receptionist quickly got a tech, who explaned that the fix might take a while. So, we went to dinner while she worked on it. After dinner, the waitress declined payment and said the hotel would comp our dinner. When we got to our room, the AC was working. A memorably good hotel!

Very clean room!! Management went out of their way to ensure the room was extra clear of dust to help with my allergies! Very impressed with breakfast and the customer service is outstanding!!!!!!!

Room was good, very nice breakfast with many options. Location good. Parking was ok…but a little bit of a hassle with gated lot and not good handicap access to it.

The breakfast menu was outstanding and the dinner we ordered at the on site restaurant was absolutely amazing !! Loved our stay :)
