Beautiful clean hotel Great staff Close to central rail way station And a $20 uber to downtown munich

The hotel is in a great location with easy transportation, however, Europe is experiencing a heat wave, our AC broke down the very first day and they were not able to accommodate us in a different room. We had to suck it with a tiny desk fan for 5 nights with a child. I wish they would have tried harder to fix the situation but they were firm on “there’s nothing we can do” Restaurant and bar staff were awesome and very friendly and respectful. Buffet breakfast was also good.

It’s always takes time to locate the booking when booked through Expedia. I paid over Euro 312 for the night of 2nd May, so that I get a room immediately upon arrival on 3rd May. However room I got had an issue due to water blockage in the bathroom sink and to our surprise 4 star hotel charging Euro 312 per night didn’t had a Technichian to fix it and wasted our approx 2 hours. We had to call the reception multiple time had to personally went down to reception to report because no action was taken over phone. After much struggle they offer an another room for that also we were asked to wait as that room was also not ready. After long flight when you open of luggage and to pack everything and move to another room we had no energy to do that. I am a Hilton member but not even a bottle of water was offered. Seems hotel runs with short staff as most of the time only 1 staff handles the front desk.

The only issue we had was the A/C needed to be turned on, and that was controlled by the front desk.

I booked in US for a trip to Germany and the time zone change wasn’t accounted for related to my booking.

Breakfast options were fine.. overall comfortable stay

Great staff, clean hotel. Location is good but not a lot of food options close. Tram very close and easy to figure out once you get the hang of their system.

The staff was point on. Helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this hotel.
