Most important, one block from train station and 2 block from main important sites. Otherwise is a very very small room with 2 double beds joint together with than annoying space between them. Bathroom is very small, I mean small small. And NO AC at the end of July. Otherwise ok.

Avoid booking this hotel unless you confirm in writing that your room includes air conditioning. The standard rooms do not have AC, and this was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. Instead, I was told I would have to pay extra to upgrade to a room with AC after I arrived. When I requested a refund because the room was not as expected, I was threatened with having the police called on me instead of being offered a reasonable solution. The way my concerns were handled felt intimidating and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, I found spiders in my room, and there were insects crawling on the bed, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. If you’re arriving late at night, be aware that there may not be staff available to assist with check in, so make sure to confirm the hotel’s late check in procedure before you arrive. There are plenty of other hotels nearby that appeared much cleaner and are worth considering instead. Between the lack of transparency, the condition of the room, and the way I was treated, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

The room was clean, check in was smooth and the location is great. Only downsides are the check in being so late and the room did not have AC

Room was clean but tiny. Staff is very nice and helpful. However, there is a group of young men who loiter outside the hotel at all hours. They are very noisy and the soundproofing is such that it sounds like they are in the room with you- at 3pm, 10pm, 3am…hard to get restful sleep. The breakfast is very bare bones and not worth paying 18 euros per person for. Stay was fine but would not stay here again.

Super location and nice room. Everything was clean altough some things very sligthly old but still working. Staff smiled

Clean and tidy with friendly staff and a great breakfast. Bit of a backstreet location but was a great city centre area and convenient for public transport as well as the main station

Bed sheets and linen looked very old - property needs an refresh everywhere

Had a lovely stay, nice room. might of been a little small but it was fine for me. good place to chill after a day out sight seeing. nice tasty breakfast and lovely staff, always helpful. great location, near a number of station so easy to get around, also a short walk if you have booked a day trip. pick up is literally around the corner. only downside, i think the bath rooms need a extractor fan, they could get quite hot after a shower. overall great. would stay again.
