I got ripped off by accidentally putting in the wrong dates and I couldn’t get my money back for making a honest mistake so I’ll never deal with this company again and don’t trust them at all because they are rip off artists

I love that they have full kitchen with fridge, complete and clean. Would stay here again.

Hidden gem. Nothing spectacular from the outside, more ordinary than anything else. The surprise is when you actually go inside the room. Very spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and attentive

Very cool studio apartment located in a larger apartment complex. I loved that there was a full kitchen with coffee maker, microwave and big refrigerator. The lighting in the bedroom and bathroom was fun. Plus, robe and slippers for after the refreshing rain shower. It was walking distance to anything I needed. Wonderful Thai food, coffee, 7-11, supermarket, and massage.

The staff were great. Unfortunately, the layout of the apartments is strange and not very functional. Everything is old and worn out looking. The wifi was not accessible in the room. The staff did help us with different wifi connection when we complained. We are glad we only stayed here one night to be close to the airport.

A great place with friendly helpful staff. Good location with a great local vibe that’s near to everything you need. This was my second stay. I would certainly book a third.

The room decor was different and fun, there was a massage tub, and the rain shower head was good with good water pressure. Cons: most of the power plugs near the bed were shot, and the street outside was noisy. No deal breakers, but the plugs at least should be fixed.

Clean, helpful staff

You must pay to have the shuttle pick you up to bring to hotel from the airport. Then they will say its free for drop off but when you go in person to arrange the drop off they will try to charge you 300peso. The water faucet for the bathtub wouldn't turn on so we had to use the shower which is fine but wouldve been nice to be able to utilize the tub. The room was pretty clean but i do think they didn't change the sheets between stays as i found hair and marks on pillows. The third party shuttle they use for the pickup, the guy didn't help with the bags and was walking so fast and was in such a hurry, that we ended up leaving behind an item in the cart we used. The gentlemen that brought us up to our room was extremely nice and helpful though.

Room was very nice and well equipped. However, everything outside of the room like the lobby, hallways and elevator are old and starting to show signs of age. But overall it was a good place to stay.
