Check in was okay, There was an option to check in via a screen or in person. I didn’t like that anyone could see all your personal details. The gentleman that checked us in was trying to be friendly and consistently asked if I was tired, which I was but just wanted to check in and go to the room. I understand he was being polite and wanted to chat. The room was basic, clean. We had four guests but only 3 towels, the paint work was peeling off some of the walls, and the bathroom had seen better days. I have to say, they were trying to brighten up the room in the best way just cheaply done unfortunately.
Female staff at counter were amazing, we prepaid for breakfast as they kept trying to charge everything to the room. Bar was open until 10pm where you could order food, nice food.
I loved the concept of a contemporary hotel, just missed the mark a little for me.
Overall not a bad hotel.
