Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The beds made loud noises with even the slightest movement, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We also waited an extremely long time at the bar despite there being only a few other guests present.
Upon arrival, we weren’t even provided keys to our room because of ongoing system issues. To make matters worse, the room itself was not well maintained, and the windows were noticeably dirty.
Overall, the service and accommodations fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.
