Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant and enjoyable.
First, I would like to commend the front desk team for being courteous, welcoming, and highly professional. Whenever I needed clarification regarding my stay, including my request for an early check-in, the staff took the time to investigate before responding. I greatly appreciated this thoughtful approach.
As an Expedia member, I also received benefits that exceeded my expectations, which contributed positively to my overall experience. In general, my stay was very comfortable, and the housekeeping service was excellent for the most part, providing consistently good service.
I would, however, like to mention two issues that could be improved:
1. Lack of response prior to arrival - Before arriving at the hotel, I attempted to contact the property several times through Expedia's messaging platform but did not receive a response. Receiving a reply from the hotel would have helped me better plan my arrival from the airport, especially after nearly a full day of flights and connections.
2. Housekeeping supplies - On one occasion, housekeeping did not replenish the required number of towels or provide sufficient toilet paper. While this was a relatively minor issue, it can be more significant for guests staying several days who spend most of their time attending conferences or other activities away from the hotel and have limited opportunities to request additional supplies.
