The bedsheets were dirty and stained, it was like this in both rooms we used. Pipes burst when trying to do dishes. Paintwork was terrible and rooms looked like there weren’t looked after very well. Rooms don’t look like the pictures!

lets say the only place we had to write down things that need to be done by housekeeping which was 12 things the friendly staff did straight away which was great
also take note when staying its opposite a railway station that they are currently upgrading during the day and night so you can hear the noise from across the room and we were on 14th floor if car parking is required you must ask for this prior to your check in

It was so close to Roma st station and walking distance to everywhere I want to go . However was not impressed about being evacuated due to false alarm fire. On hindsight it could have been real and great-full that the maintenance is on track

The hotel is i little dated now but very conventional for walking to venue & city with ample cafes in the surrounding area.

Has to change room as smell was unbearable in first apartment. Receptionist was very accomodating. Second apartment had tiled floors so no smell, but smaller. Couldn't use balcony as very dusty/ furniture dirty. Very noisy and light at night with construction across the road and railway/ bus station. Nice pool but too cold to get in!
