The location is on top of a hill, so carrying luggage was quite difficult, but both the room and common areas were very clean. I would like to stay here again.

Room is quiet, spacious and clean. There is a microwave and utensils which are convenient for making a quick meal.

after a long flight it was exceptionally hard to find and no signs except generic ones. a long walk. we got a bus going back but that was quite expensive because it took so long. hotel location: not that close if you just want to stop over cleanliness:fine breakfast:quite expensive and more than we needed so passed. transport access:good but lengthy service:good staff help availability

We had an enjoyable stay midweek at the Metropolitan. The free city loop bus is just down the street 60m. Although there is outside road noise, it didn't bother us. Room was good size, clean, enough amenities inc. coffee pod machine. Downside - bed was too soft and would have been nice to have little table & chairs on balcony. Staff really welcoming. All round good value hotel. Will stay again.

Good location in the South Bank area with close proximity to museums, shops, and restaurants. Large space with very good amenities. Condo living.
