Por debajo del promedio We booked a room with balcony and got one without, although we payed a much higher price and it was in the description (we have screenshots!). We only had a milky window, so no view of the outside at all! Much worse, it was a room directly on the street, ground floor, with poor noise isolation, so you hear all the noises from everyone passing your door, cars, dogs, etc.
If this is not enough, there is a useless (locked) thin door to the side entry and the hallway with the other apartments, so you also hear everyone coming in, going out in the morning, talking in the hallway and the cleaning staff discussing loudly directly next to your bed. So if you want to enjoy your holidays and relax, this is not the place for you!
Also the "bathroom" is open, so no privacy there and the closet has only a thin slide door.
Expedia support was not helpful at all and claims the room is the one we booked, although first level support confirmed, that we booked a room with balcony. So this is my last booking ever with Expedia and we will consult a lawyer next.
