Great location, wonderful service. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Our family room felt like a hostel room. Cleanliness could have been better, walls are scuffed and would benefit from a deep scrub. Bathroom is not updated with terrible water flow and temperature. One second it is fine and next scalding hot water comes out. Our bathroom was next to a main drain pipe for the hotel so we constantly heard water flushing. The smell from this (I assume) was gross, like sewage although luckily it wasn’t always there. Our room was an interior room, which I had selected because of another person’s review about noise if you have a window room. Highly recommend you get a window room as the location is prime and beautiful. Our interior room was not worth the ~1,300 euro we paid for a 4 night stay (we had 2 reservations as we added an extra night at the beginning of our trip). Breakfast was edible. While the breakfast staff worked like crazy to keep the area clean and replenished, the food just wasn’t very good. Skip the artificial juice there and go to the Carrefour nearby and get the freshly squeezed orange juice. You are in Valencia! This hotel is all about the location! Right in old town, lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping around. Nice laundromat a 5 minute walk away. Easy for transport with the train and metro/bus access.

Nice hotel perfect location close to the center, restaurants, and public transport. The staff is really nice and breakfast was good with alot of options. View from the hotel was the best part. The only downside is that there is no safe and mini fridge in the rooms but other than that we had a great stay

Obviously an old building but with numerous floors and tiny lifts, it’s not ideal if you are on one of the upper floors. Rooms could do with more maintenance rather than more large pictures of the Beatles ! - I’m not really sure what their connection was to Valencia ?

The location was great, at a nice plaza with food, shopping all nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very good lots of variety, AC was very nice. Elevator was very small, but people weren't afraid to be cozy. Excellent location in the middle of a lot of souvenir stores and restaurants.

Great locale, great housekeeping by staff, great view with breakfast, good variety of food that changes daily, friendly staff, good variety of access availability offered by hotel (e.g. sailing trip)
