Enjoyed my stay at this property. Staff was very nice and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The station is right next to the main train station in Vienna so it is a good options if you want to travel to other nearby cities or countries. Would stay again.

The Novotel staff provided excellent service from the moment we arrived. They were very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage before our scheduled check-in time, which made it much easier to begin exploring Vienna without having to carry our bags around. We also appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to check in approximately 1.5 hours earlier than the official check-in time, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly improved our arrival experience. The hotel’s location was another major highlight. It is conveniently situated directly across the street from Vienna’s main ÖBB Central Train Station, making it an ideal choice for travelers arriving by train or planning day trips from the city. Despite being close to a major transportation hub, the area felt comfortable and convenient, with many shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated being only about a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Belvedere Palace, one of Vienna’s most impressive landmarks. The location made it easy to explore both the city’s attractions and the surrounding neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the hotel’s fitness room, which offered amazing views overlooking the city of Vienna. Having the opportunity to exercise while taking in the skyline was a unique and enjoyable feature. The hotel was also conveniently located near tram and subway connections, making it simple to access Vienna’s historic center and other major attractions without needing to rely on taxis or long wal

Excellent Stay!!

Great stay in Vienna, very close to the Vienna central station with excellent access to trains, trams and buses. Staff was very courteous and helpful in suggesting modes of transport, food options etc. The breakfast was very good, overall a very good option for familes to stay.

Cuando llegue casi a media noche por las horas de mi vuelo, debería de haber estado hecha la cama de mis hijos porque era un cuarto para 4 y no estaba, no lograban conseguir sabanas ni almohadas, yo tuve que hacer la cama cuando lograron encontrar algo, eso si estuvo mal por parte de housekeeping
