Fantástico The air conditioning was great and you can control it in your room. No fridge but we knew that ahead of time from the description. Europe hotels don't offer ice but you can ask for a cup of ice at the front counter. Great location just a short walk to the train station. Grocery stores not far away. If you travel on Sunday, not many restaurants and stores open on Sunday.

Fantástico Great hotel to stay for several days on Vienna. Stuff is very helpful, especially russian speaking lady at the desk ( very beatiful ). Breakfast is average but decent. U wont stay hungry for sure. Clean rooms. AC wroking properly ( 624 ). Was staying with my sister and her son - 3rd bed was comfortable enough.

Estupendo We specifically paid more for a room that has a safe, refrigerator, coffee and tea maker and air- conditioned. We didn’t find a safe in the room and when we asked they didn’t apologize, their response was, not in every room has a safe. Not acceptable specially that we paid for it. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned. You have to ask for a box of tissue, you have to ask for ice from the bar and they will give you a glass full, I asked for two glasses, they gave it to me because the whole country was going through a heat wave. They do not have ice buckets.
The staff is nice and helpful, the location of the hotel is great, near central train station. The room was cleaned as per my request daily and supplies were replenished. In general, we liked the hotel, the location & the staff and we will stay there again if in Vienna.

Fantástico Excellent location near the central station with easy access to regional trains including OBB trains to airport and the airport bus too. Staff were friendly and hotel room was modern and clean. Can't ask for much more!
