This hotel is a traditional resort-style hotel. It's directly connected to the hotel's second floor via a skybridge from P06 Station on the Kobe Port Liner. The rooms are spacious and include a bathtub, but please note that the hotel's pool and sauna incur additional charges. There is a free hotel shuttle bus service to Kobe Sannomiya Station.

Daiwa always offers great value for money. The environment and service are excellent, with friendly and attentive staff, complete and useful amenities, and convenient self-service machines. It's truly the best choice when visiting Japan.

This is a great place to stay if you're driving, as there's an indoor parking garage right next door where you can buy discount tickets (1,700 yen if you don't leave between 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and 11:00 AM the next day). To exit, simply insert your original parking ticket into the payment machine, then insert the discount ticket (purchased from the hotel front desk). The location is excellent, very close to the station, and the rooms are quite spacious. The only minor issue is that the bathroom facilities are a bit old. The front desk staff are all very polite!

Very close to Sannomiya Station. On the first day, we took the 2200 yen airport express bus, which runs frequently, for a little over an hour. The next morning, we walked 4 minutes to Nishimura's Coffee Main Store (Nishimura Coffee Shop Nakayamate Main Store) at 8:30 AM for breakfast, which cost about 1500 yen per person. We then took a 600 yen taxi we hailed on the street to Kitano Ijinkan, visiting the Weathercock House at 9:00 AM and Moegi House at 9:30 AM. After that, we walked 10 minutes to the Uroko House, then another 10 minutes to Nunobiki Herb Garden, where we took the cable car to the top station of the herb garden. We walked to the Male and Female Waterfalls, then walked to Shin-Kobe to take a bus to Arima Onsen for a golden hot spring bath. We took a bus back to Sannomiya at 5:30 PM, walked three minutes to our car, and had Kobe beef at 6:00 PM. We walked back to the hotel in 5 minutes. The next day, we walked 8 minutes to Sannomiya JR Station to take the Super Hakuto train to Tottori. The hotel's location is super convenient!

I stayed at this hotel for a 5-night, 6-day trip to Kobe. I first used it in January and booked it again because the location is excellent. It's less than a 5-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, which was perfect for day trips using the Kansai Wide Area Pass. It rained heavily during my stay, but the hotel's direct access to the AEON Mall basement and the underground shopping street leading to Kobe's city center made it very convenient. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store right next to the hotel, along with many great restaurants, which I utilized throughout my trip. Of course, they also stored my luggage before and after check-in, which allowed me to enjoy my trip even more. I'm a light sleeper, so I requested a quiet room before checking in, and they were very accommodating, providing a room that allowed me to sleep well for all 5 nights and 6 days. My only regret is that I added breakfast for all 5 nights and 6 days. The menu was almost identical to my previous visit, with similar dishes every day, making me regret adding breakfast. I usually love having breakfast at hotels and always add it, so this was the most disappointing aspect. I've stayed at other Sotetsu chain hotels in Osaka and Kyoto, and this was quite a letdown in terms of breakfast. If they improve the food quality, I think it could be the best hotel. Everything else was great, except for the breakfast! Next time I visit Kobe, I plan to stay here again, but without adding breakfast!

Great location overall, close to the kobe-sannomiya station. however due to the construction works taking place in the vicinity of the hotel, pedestrian access is very narrow towards the hotel entrance. Hotel room is spacious, a little old but very well-mentained. water pressure is great, but air-con slightly weak for Japan summer

The hotel's location next to Chinatown makes finding food very convenient. It's also close to Kobe Port Tower, so an evening stroll to the port to enjoy the breeze and night view is very pleasant. The hotel staff are fluent in English, making communication seamless. Amenities are available for self-service on the first floor. We booked a king-size double room this time, which was 17.9 square meters, offering ample space to open two large suitcases. The overall room space was relaxing, and the bed was comfortable, neither too soft nor too hard. The refrigerator also included complimentary welcome snacks: two mango-flavored puddings, which was a thoughtful touch. Two bottles of mineral water were provided, and there's a water dispenser on the 14th floor. The public bath is on the 14th floor, and the open-air bath is fantastic, allowing you to gaze at the stars at night. The washing machines are free, which is incredibly generous! After a bath, you can help yourself to ice cream bars, with four flavors to choose from – truly a great treat. You can also use the massage chairs, which are excellent! However, there are only two massage chairs, so it depends on your luck if you get to use one. In the evening, there's also 'Yonaki Ramen' (night ramen) as a late-night snack, a delicious and warming small portion of soy sauce ramen that I highly recommend trying! The breakfast spread is rich and buffet-style; you'll be full even if you just try a little bit of everything! There are several fruit options, and I especially loved the sweet and not-too-rich cantaloupe! There are many beverages and a wide variety of tea bags, more than you can possibly drink. In conclusion: I highly recommend this place to everyone! I'd love to stay here again if I have the chance!

El hotel está a unos 3 minutos a pie de la salida este de la estación Motomachi. Hay varias calles comerciales cerca, ideales para pasear y hacer compras. Si confías en tu resistencia y la de tus acompañantes, caminando hasta la estación anterior, Sannomiya, encontrarás una zona comercial aún más animada, a unos 700 metros (de 10 a 15 minutos a pie). El personal de recepción durante nuestras 4 noches de estancia fue muy amable; uno de los recepcionistas varones era taiwanés. Reservamos una habitación con luz natural por dos lados, y cada mañana al abrir las cortinas la luz inundaba la habitación, lo que nos ponía de muy buen humor desde temprano 👍. Si tuviéramos que calificar la limpieza de la habitación con un 10, le daríamos un 9. El único detalle negativo es que, al tener alfombra de pelo corto, las personas con un olfato más sensible podrían percibir un ligero olor a pies, especialmente cuando la temperatura del aire acondicionado supera los 24.5 grados 😓. Además, la habitación no cuenta con un deshumidificador (por mis experiencias previas en Japón, suelo encontrar uno en la habitación, especialmente en las que tienen alfombra, así que esperaba que fuera estándar, pero este hotel no lo tiene). En cuanto al ruido de los trenes, tras 4 noches mi percepción fue de entre 50 y 55 decibelios; las personas con el oído muy sensible pueden intentar usar tapones para los oídos. En resumen, dado que las demás condiciones del hotel son bastante excelentes, el ruido de los trenes es un defecto menor que no desmerece lo bueno. Para concluir, si tengo la oportunidad de volver a Kobe, este hotel seguiría siendo mi primera opción. ¡Lo recomiendo como referencia para quienes estén pensando en reservar! :)
