It was clean, smelled wonderful (like Aēsop, that kind of scent!), had a great atmosphere, and everything was perfect! The main bath was very luxurious, and the open-air bath was just right. There was also ice and a microwave on the 4th and 8th floors, which was convenient for eating. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they offered umbrella rentals when it rained, plus welcome tea! The breakfast was quite expensive but delicious, though I think it was a good decision to only book it for one day! The location was a bit awkward; it was further from Hakata Station than I expected, and Tenjin was quite a distance. It's quick by subway, but next time, I think I'll need to stay closer to Nakasu River. All the Koreans on the elevator were saying the location was too inconvenient and difficult... Anyway, it was great! Also, I had booked two rooms for consecutive nights and requested adjoining rooms in advance, and they gave us rooms right next to each other, which was absolutely wonderful! Thank you, the service was top-notch! Oh, but the view was really not good! We were on the 12th floor, the top floor, but it was just a view of a building's rooftop!

The hotel is very new with a fresh, bold color scheme that doesn't feel oppressive or uncomfortable. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with beds that are great for sleeping. There is plenty of room to open two large suitcases and still walk around easily. The bathtub is very large and can fit two people; after walking nearly 20,000 steps a day, a soak was truly needed to rest. The breakfast is more of a light meal, which is just enough to fill you up and get some fruits and vegetables before heading out to eat and drink your way through Fukuoka. The hotel's location is fantastic—walking to the Tenjin shopping district, Canal City Hakata, and Fukuoka Station doesn't take very long. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Fukuoka.

El hotel está a unos diez minutos a pie de la estación, lo cual es menos tiempo de lo que indica el mapa. El 7-Eleven al cruzar la calle a la izquierda del hotel ofrece compras libres de impuestos, y el FamilyMart a la derecha también. Además, hay un supermercado SUNNY abierto las 24 horas. A diez minutos a pie se encuentran la cafetería FUK, la panadería FULL FULL, Canal City Hakata, el Santuario Kushida, etc. En la otra dirección, hacia la estación de Hakata, también hay deliciosos panes DACOMECCA, udon con mentaiko, hamburguesas SHAKE SHACK. La zona de la estación de Hakata tiene muchas tiendas y restaurantes excelentes. This was my first time in Fukuoka, and I feel very lucky to have chosen this hotel. The service, cleanliness, and rooms were all excellent. The surrounding area is quiet and pleasant, with a FamilyMart convenience store and restaurants nearby. It's also less than a 10-minute walk to the Hakata subway station.

Great location, extremely convenient for getting to any department store or underground shopping street. You can skip adding breakfast. The room is spacious, and accommodating three large suitcases is no problem at all, but there was a noticeable cigarette smell in the hallway on the 13th floor.

The hotel is near NAKASU station which is way better than the 2 more popular stations. Hakata and Tenjin Stations are too big and too crowded. Do try the River Cruise nearby.

Exit Hakata Station through the underground mall's West 6 exit, walk straight for one minute, and you will arrive directly at the hotel. The location is very convenient, with bus stops, the subway, and the JR station nearby. The room faced the Hakata Station area where there was a construction site, but there wasn't much noise, and since you're likely out touring during the day, it shouldn't be a big issue. The room size is quite acceptable for a Japanese hotel. The hotel breakfast is very delicious with a decent variety of choices, and the French toast was especially tasty!

Hotel Location: The location is excellent, with a convenience store and supermarket right downstairs to the left of the hotel. It's very close to the subway station, and there are some street vendors nearby in the evenings worth trying. Cleanliness: I stayed for four nights, and the room was spotless every day when I returned from being out. Service: There was an intern from Taiwan on staff who helped me a lot with communication, and I'm very grateful to them.

My experience is very positive. - excellent location, literally right next to hakata station with hundreds of famous and viral places nearby, eg musashi beef bowl, mini croissant, motsunabe. You can also take direct bus to international airport terminal within 2 mins walk from hotel. transport access: - value for money - one of the best breakfast buffets - last but not least, the coffee machine makes really good latte. They also have hot onion soup and i highly recommend you giving it a try.
