The hotel's location is excellent; it's about a 15-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The air conditioning in the room is also very quiet, and the hotel staff are very polite. The only downside is that our room was near the elevator lobby, so we were often woken up by people talking loudly as they came and went.

been here for how many times. still my expectations exceeded. from the accomodating staffs to the amenities and facilities of the hotel. 👏👏 will surely comeback again.

At the reception area, Tommy Yang assisted us and offered a room upgrade for a minimal fee. He was very accomodating and even offered helpful suggestions for our DIY tour. He also gave us complimentary access to 37th floor of the Eiffel Tower as complimentary for our room upgrade. The rooms are big and clean. I love that there is a shower room, separate cr, bathtub. You can consume all the contents of the refrigerator and the cabinets for free. Request for water was accommodated promptly, and unlimited. I also love that there is a foot massager, which you can use after a tiring day out. The bed is super comfy. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit Macau. If you want a staycation, I highly recommend this hotel. Easy access to different boutiques, and even and just fee minutes walk to The Londoner and The Venetian. Free shuttle ride too.Cons: no bidet and no free breakfast. But you can order in-house or go to the le petit for breakfast which serves breakfast up until 1pm.

We thoroughly enjoy our time at the hotel with every stay, and the overall experience is consistently satisfying. The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean, making us feel relaxed and at home every time we stay. The food quality at the hotel's restaurant is excellent, and the flavors are impressive. The 24-hour dining service is very convenient, catering to dining needs at different hours. All the hotel staff are extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and eager to help. The thoughtful service from the front desk and various departmental teams makes us feel valued with every visit.

Great hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bed was huge and soft, and I had a really good night’s sleep. The bathroom was also beautiful and even had a bathtub. The price was also quite reasonable, especially compared to other hotels nearby. There’s even a LINE FRIENDS-themed restaurant, and the lobby has lots of cute LINE FRIENDS designs too. The service was excellent across the board — from the front desk and lobby staff to housekeeping. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. If I had to mention one downside, it would probably be that the air conditioning wasn’t quite cold enough during summer 😂

We had a great stay. The hotel staff, including those at the front desk, in the restaurants, and housekeeping, were all professional and friendly, always providing timely service and assistance. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive and diverse, with a shopping street, casino, amusement park, swimming pool, and gym, all available for us to enjoy freely. Transportation is also very convenient; the hotel's free shuttle bus service between the hotel and Macau Peninsula provided great convenience for us travelers. Overall, Studio City offered us a top-tier experience, allowing us to fully enjoy ourselves and relax. We will definitely visit again on our next trip to Macau!

This trip to The Venetian Macao with my family was truly a perfect experience, exceeding all expectations! ✨ As soon as we stepped into the hotel, the opulent and exotic decor was breathtaking. Walking through it felt like being transported directly to Venice, with beautiful scenery everywhere. My family and I enjoyed strolling around, taking countless stunning photos. 📸 The best part was the incredibly convenient location! Whether we wanted to shop at the Grand Canal Shoppes or find delicious food on Rua do Cunha, everything was nearby, eliminating the need for long journeys. The transportation was also top-notch; free shuttle buses from the ferry terminal dropped us right at the entrance, saving us a lot of effort with luggage and transfers. This was incredibly thoughtful for a family traveling with children. 🚌💨 Plus, it's close to The Parisian and The Londoner, and the night views are absolutely stunning! 😻 From check-in to departure, every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful, proactively answering all our questions. Their smiling faces and willingness to assist made us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. 🥰 Both the environment, location, and service were impeccable. It's definitely the top choice for a vacation in Macao, and we will certainly return with our family next time! 🌟

It was our best decision to book a hotel room in Macau Hotel S! This hotel is highly recommended. The place is very clean, smells good, spacious, with new and high tech amenities, and the location is very near the Senado Square and Ruins of St. Paul. The neighborhood has a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. The view from the window is the nice park and a nice sea view. Our two-day, one-night Anson Lo concert trip started with check-in at 3 PM, but we arrived at 1 PM. We were able to drop off our luggage first, then headed to the Grand Resort Deck at Galaxy Macau to play until 5 PM before returning to get our room. Just the wave pool and lazy river alone kept us entertained for most of the afternoon, so the timing was perfect. Once we got back, we could shower, change, and then head out to the concert at The Londoner. We grabbed a quick bite at The Londoner before the show. We saved room for later, and after the concert, we returned to Broadway Food Street, where some shops were still open. We went to Cheong Chau Lam Kei for their famous crab congee, stir-fried goose intestines (absolutely delicious!), and added steamed loofah with garlic, plus two ice-cold beers (the bottles were actually frosty on the outside). Then, we went straight back to our room, feeling incredibly happy. We didn't book breakfast for the next morning because we knew there were plenty of food options at the food street downstairs. The best part was that the famous Cheok Sin Kei was also there. At their other branches, you usually have to wait in line for a long time to eat, but perhaps because it was raining, we didn't have to wait long and got to enjoy it fresh. The Portuguese egg tart had a crispy crust, a soft interior, and a fragrant egg flavor. We also had chocolate waffles, and the two of us were already full from breakfast. After checking out, we went for another round at the Grand Resort Deck. After playing, we had dinner at Galaxy Macau before heading back to Hong Kong. The whole trip was incredibly chill.
