El personal fue increíblemente servicial y muy atento a las llamadas telefónicas. Llegamos después de la hora programada, pero pudieron cambiarnos a otro horario. El personal fue muy amable, especialmente las dos señoritas. Además, fue un 10/10 porque también hablaban inglés. Lo primero que preguntaron al llegar fue si teníamos transporte de regreso a nuestra ciudad. No lo teníamos, pero literalmente nos reservó el autobús de vuelta a casa desde su teléfono. También nos llevaron a la terminal de autobuses. Lo haría una y otra vez. Las vistas y los instructores fueron de gran ayuda, sobre todo porque yo estaba súper asustada. Me ayudaron a calmarme. Mientras estás ocupado con el proceso de parapente, te hablan y te hacen sentir cómodo. Recomendaría esto mil veces. También obtuve el mejor videoclip. Reservé el Paquete Básico.

If there were an option to give 100 stars, I would have chosen it. They kindly picked us up from the station, and since I went with my elderly mother, they explained things slowly so she wouldn't be scared and took great care of her until the very end so she could ride safely. Afterward, they took so many wonderful photos of us against a beautiful background. I can't even remember the last time I took pictures like this with my mom. It was a truly happy ride. They even voluntarily refunded some money because we rode for a shorter time than what we paid for, and printed out great photos for us—we were so, so grateful. Moreover, since we were the last customers, the pilot who flew with me even gave us a tour of various spots in Danyang in his own car, making it a truly blissful journey. Even though he didn't have to go to such lengths with such detailed explanations, he gave up his own time to make my mom and my first trip together truly happy and beautiful, allowing us to capture wonderful memories. I am beyond thankful, more than words can express. Thank you for creating an unforgettable, touching experience that we will cherish for a lifetime. May you be richly blessed.
