En cuanto a la ubicación, es un buen hotel para hospedarse si tienes diligencias en Kapitolyo u Ortigas. El lugar es limpio, y el personal, desde los porteros hasta la recepción y el servicio de limpieza, es accesible y amable. En general, la estadía es buena, ¡especialmente las habitaciones con vista a la ciudad!

It's our 2nd time celebrating NYE here. Superb service and food! Love that they offer complimentary KTV Access and Water Spa Access to keep us busy and entertained all throughout our stay! We also had fun watching fireworks display from afar. Only hope they offer a more family-friendly NYE countdown celebration since we're not into loud parties and such 😫 Still, we enjoyed our stay! And the free buffet breakfast 😛

it was a very pleasant stay in Linden Suites. I was so surprised how big my room was and had a very good view especially at night. Everything was smooth check in all through out my stay. Thank you all!! highly recommend place.

Exceptional Stay at Privato Hotel Ortigas! My recent stay at Privato Hotel Ortigas was truly outstanding and went above and beyond my expectations. Everything—from arrival to departure—was smooth, efficient, and completely hassle-free. Check-in was quick and professionally handled, and check-out was just as seamless, letting us enjoy a relaxed and stress-free trip. What really stood out was the staff. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, welcoming, and consistently attentive. They were always ready to assist and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and fully functional, and we experienced zero issues during our visit. All amenities were readily available, and the service was consistently excellent. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-managed hotel in the Ortigas area, Privato is definitely the place. We’ll happily return on our next visit!

The service of employees are great. They are veey welcoming and approachable. From front desk, to bellboy, housekeeping, until restaurant captain waiter. The captain waiter last dec. 5 evening was outstanding! The hotel closed the restaurant for an exlusive event without posting on the website officially and we were celebrating an anniversary, leaving us no option to eat within the hotel, but the captain waiter was able to accommodate us the moment he knew what was happening, gave a us a great spot, service, and food. Breakfast was also great, few options as a buffet but enough to enjoy a simple yet full breakfast. Cleanliness and maybe improved since windows were full of dusts, but all in all, everything was great!

My favorite hotel in Ortigas! They have spacious rooms, a relaxing ambiance, and a great indoor pool. Stayed on Dec 18-21 and we got a room facing Meralco Christmas lights display—perfect spot to enjoy the season while unwinding!

Room is very clean. Staff are accomodating. There are water dispensers on each floor making it convenient to refill anytime. There's also a 7-Eleven located on the first floor. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
