beautiful, clean hotel with friendly staff. customer service was great. The food was great, the pools were great, the activities for children were great. Planning our next trip back.

the most beautiful glamping resort ever. everything is beautiful. everything is perfect. from the resort, the bed, the staffs, the clear lagoon, the water of the sea, the buggy, the service… everything. we enjoy The Anmon so much. will come again. love the anmon. the staff so nice that they keep my stuffs that accidentally left in the room after we checked out. the live band at night so wonderful. the vibe here is 1000/10. ❤️❤️❤️

overall is good, breakfast served to the room. pretty clean, just that there’s insects around. very relaxing and chilling. but can be quite scary at night

staff were helpful and friendly and provided water and towels when asked. it rained when we were there and the outdoor bed under the pavilion got wet as the roofing leaked in several spots. the beach is quite small and not as well maintained as I liked. breakfast served as generous and good variety. I enjoyed the briyani but fried chicken was very dry. location is a bit far from Lagoi plaza and beach and you need to pay for a taxi S$5 for 1 way from hotel to Lagoi beach area.

Our stay at Nirwana Hotel and Resort was truly relaxing and enjoyable. The food is good. The facilities were spotless and beautifully maintained, making it a pleasure to explore the resort grounds. What stood out most was how much the staff genuinely cared about guest safety and comfort. From check-in to check-out, we felt well taken care of and completely at ease. A wonderful escape with excellent service—we’d definitely love to come back!

Our stay at The Residence Bintan was peaceful and rejuvenating. The resort is beautifully nestled by the sea, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The Garden Suite (Upper) was cozy and well-appointed, with great privacy. The staff were warm, attentive, and helpful, especially with arranging transfers and tours. The resort offers a good mix of relaxation and activities — from beach walks and water sports to spa treatments. Dining at Rica Rica was pleasant, with options for both adults and kids. A lovely retreat perfect for unwinding with family.

Excellent hotel for family. Friendly staffs. Nice pool. Kids club to put kids at and went for a SPA! It was my birthday they wrote a special note on the mirror and presented a cake before the day end! What a surprise! Near to the beach!

Execellent service from Banyan Tree Bintan crew - pick up driver, receptionist, buggy driver, F&B service team, housekeeping service team. We had a pleasant stay and will revisit again with other family members.

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Lagoi Hotel Bintan. The location is very good, just near Lagoi Bay, the lake, and Plaza Lagoi, which made exploring easy. The free shuttle to and from the hotel was also very convenient. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only downside was the slow internet, which sometimes couldn’t connect. The food was good, though some portions, like the chicken and cheese bread, were a bit small. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of choices. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
