Tagaytay

Our driver was Sir Kevin. He was pleasant with us, truly accommodating, reasons why the Tagaytay trip was truly memorable. We truly appreciate his efforts from recommending activities we haven’t known was possible down to making sure we savoured the time for every attraction. He was always making sure we we’re okay. Truly if there was a rating of a hundred, it wouldnt suffice. We’d give him a hundred more, 200/100 if that was even possible. Kudos to Sir Kevin, he was truly a gem.

Kuya Andy is a great driver and guide. We enjoyed the itinerary. We had a safe and pleasant trip.

Viaje compacto adecuado para turistas con tiempo limitado pero que desean ver fragmentos de Tagaytay. Tuvimos suerte de que las vistas del volcán y el lago fueran buenas el día que fuimos, esto depende del clima, por lo que puede variar. El guía y el conductor llegaron puntualmente a la recogida y explicaron muchas cosas en el camino. Hubo una parada a mitad de camino donde nos dieron cocos frescos y plátanos, sin embargo, tuvimos problemas para terminar. El viaje duró menos de dos horas, pero ten en cuenta que las carreteras son bastante accidentadas en algunas partes. El museo no es genial, se puede omitir. Lo más destacado fue Gourmet Farm: ¡un lugar hermoso y nuestro guía allí fue increíble con sus explicaciones y toma de fotos! Inicialmente, teníamos la impresión de que el almuerzo iba a ser en la granja, sin embargo, nos llevaron a otro lugar antes de llevarnos a la granja. ¡Gracias al conductor y al guía de Tagaytay por ser pacientes con nosotros y por complacer el ligero desvío que solicitamos!

Traveled for work, and the hotel was modern and have easy check-in and check-out options. Parking was also available. Overall a great deal especially during weekdays when the property is less busy. Easy access to good cafe and other attractions.

If you're just looking for a place to stay, this is a good option. However, we felt that the room was lacking in supplies and utensils, especially cleaning materials. The air conditioner was also quite weak and didn’t reach the room well, so it was warm. The sink was also broken, though the heater worked fine. Overall, it’s really only good for staying. The staff is also nice. 👌

I love the stay that we had in Royale Parc. From the accomodated staff, services, food, the very comfortable beds, the jacuzzi that even the weather condition is not that good we still able to enjoy the swimming time under the rain. I just really hope there is indoor playground for kids since we haven't able to try the playground area. All in all is good maybe better to spend summer time here. thank you!

We recently stayed at Hotel Casiana, Tagaytay to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and it was such a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, fresh, and had no unwanted odor, which immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The facilities were perfect for families—our daughter enjoyed the Kids Club, making her birthday extra special. Unfortunately we didn't experienced the pool due to typhoon. But overall, it was heartwarming to see how much the hotel caters to children, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for the whole family. Overall, it was a memorable stay. We highly recommend Hotel Casiana for families looking for a clean, family-friendly, and enjoyable getaway in Tagaytay.

Our stay at Via Appia Hotel was amazing. The staff welcomed us warmly and assisted us with everything, including our same-day KLOOK booking, which was completely hassle-free. Our room was clean, organized, and perfect for families, especially with the two beds. The hotel offers great amenities—heated pool, game room, playground, and a spacious garden where the kids had so much fun, parking space. There’s even a small chapel for quiet moments of gratitude. The food was excellent, and we instantly regretted not trying it sooner. The hotel’s peaceful Tagaytay location made the experience even more relaxing—cool weather, calm surroundings, and still close to restaurants like Balay Dako, Starbucks, Leslie’s, Yellow Cab, and Army Navy. Our kids loved it, and so did we. We highly recommend Via Appia Hotel and will definitely be coming back.

Good location. Our room was clean and has a great view. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is delivered to our room. We really enjoyed our stay. Would love to stay there again :)
