• Location: VivoCity Outdoor Plaza, 1 HarbourFront Walk, Singapore 098585
• Event is recommended for kids 1 to 12 years old.
• For entry to the wet zone, the child must be minimally 1.2m tall OR 3 years old and above.

Operating hours

• Monday to Thursday: 2pm to 9pm (Last admission at 8pm)
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday: 10am to 10pm (Last admission at 9pm)

Terms and Conditions

• Each ticket is valid for one entry only. No re-entry is allowed once exited
• Each ticket admits only one participant for a specific duration. No participant may switch with another person during the specified duration
• Each ticket is for an 1-hour play session
• Please be on time for your play sessions as the timing is fixed
• Please bring a change of clothes if you are going into the wet zone. There are changing rooms available onsite
• Socks are compulsory in the dry zone (not included in the ticket purchase). An adult participant (age 18 and above) must be present for the admission of any participants under the age of 10
• All Participants 1 years old and above require a paid admission ticket for entry
• Children below 12 months old may enter for free, however, the accompanying Adult must purchase a ticket
• Adult supervision is required for Children below 10 years old for both the dry and wet zones

• By purchasing this ticket, you are deemed to have read and agreed with the Conditions of Sale, and agreed to be bound by them
• In the event of a dispute, the decision of KIZTOPIA is final
• Tickets are non-refundable, not for resale, and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Strictly no cancellation or refunds. Reschedule of slot is subject to availability.
• This event is an all weather event. No refunds will be given for or due to inclement weather.
