El conductor fue muy útil, sugirió comunicarse a través de personas de servicio de Klook que hablan inglés. De esta forma, podríamos resolver cualquier duda. También nos llevó a la cueva de la zona.

El conductor llegó a tiempo, sin embargo, estamos muy decepcionados. El coche no es monovolumen. Es un automóvil muy viejo y roto que se usa para el servicio turístico y el asiento no es nada cómodo. El conductor también habla muy alto por teléfono cada vez que contesta el teléfono. Lo peor es que trató de encontrar el autobús de enlace gratuito que subía a la entrada en lugar de dejarnos en la entrada. Pagamos el traslado privado a la entrada!!! Suerte que el autobús sigue vacío y hay que esperar mucho. Insistimos en dejarnos caer en la entrada ya que tenemos un horario de admisión entre las 08:00 y las 10:00 a.m. De lo contrario, perderemos el horario. No tiene más remedio que enviarnos hasta la entrada. Nada recomendable por el precio que pagamos.
