- Half Day Charter: CNY70 per hour for extra time over 4 hours, CNY7 per kilometer of extra mileage over 40 kilometers
- CNY60 for driver's meals

We had informed Klook that the pickup would be at Hangzhou East Railway station. The staff at Klook was kind to ask for our train ticket to ensure that the pick-up is at the right place. However, upon arriving, we do not know where we are to meet the driver as no information was provided. Apparently, the driver had provided his details and the location where he would be waiting, to his company. It's either the company/ Klook that had failed to inform us. And there wasn't a hotline which we could call and had to rely on live chat (which wasn't very helpful). The staff at Klook, who conversed with me prior to the trip, did not provide us with the driver's contact details and the specific location where he would be waiting. After about an hour delay, with a few international calls, we managed to link up with the driver. A horrible experience for us.

Este viaje es muy cómodo. Al usar el controlador de Klook para viajar a cualquier parte ¿Qué barrio es bueno? El conductor me llevó a todas partes. Además, se puede recomendar que tanto el conductor como el guía puedan introducir lugares. Recomendado para familias que no tienen que perder tiempo subiendo y bajando del tren por ser complicado.
El conductor llega a tiempo y brinda un buen servicio. Lo usaremos en el futuro y recomendaremos a nuestros amigos que lo usen también.
