Is there any age restriction for this exhibition? The exhibition has no age restriction, but as it features various audio-visual effects, it is recommended that children under 12 years old be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For safety and experience reasons, the exhibition is not recommended for infants under 1 year old.

Do kids need to buy tickets? Kids aged 4 and above are required to purchase a ticket.

Can I enter the exhibition again with the same ticket? Each ticket grants one-time entry only. If re-entry is required for any reason, a new ticket must be purchased.

Where can I redeem my bundle item? Redemption can be made at the exhibition ticketing counter. The valid QR code must be presented and verified during the redemption process.

Can I take photos/videos inside the exhibition? Photography, audio recording, and filming are not allowed in certain areas of the exhibition. Please follow the rules of each section. If any violations are found, the organizers reserve the right to request the deletion of any recorded footage.

Can I get a refund on my tickets? Tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.

I got the combo tickets in Early Bird Combo Ticket, can I enter the venue separately with my friend/family/partner? Visitors holding tickets for Early Bird Combo Ticket are required to enter as a group and are not permitted to enter separately.

Terms and Conditions

General Terms & Conditions:

• There is no time limit for visits as long as they occur within operating hours.
• The use of flashlights, tripods, and selfie sticks is prohibited throughout the exhibition area.
• Photography and videography are not allowed in certain areas of the exhibition.
• Visitors are required to adhere to the regulations of each exhibition area and to respect the intellectual property rights of the artists and the copyright of the works.
• A retail store is available for guests to purchase exclusive merchandise only for the Ryoko Kui Exhibition & “Delicious in Dungeon” Exhibition Malaysia.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed, except for plain water bottles.
• Payment methods accepted include Credit Card, E-wallet, and Cash for ticket purchases.

Admission:

• Tickets or E-tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable for resale, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and will be deemed invalid if altered or damaged.
• Visitors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Each ticket purchased allows for single entry only, except for Duo Combo Package that allows 2 pax entry per ticket purchase.
• The last entry is at 9:00 PM daily.
• Visitors holding tickets for Early Bird Combo Ticket are required to enter as a group and are not permitted to enter separately.
• Visitors are kindly advised to collect the bundle items at the designated ticketing counter upon arrival. Please ensure the ticket is ready for verification when collecting the items.

Prohibited Activities/Items: While inside the exhibition hall, visitors must NOT:

• Offer or display goods or services for sale.
• Distribute printed or recorded materials.
• Bring flags, banners, or signage.
• Play music or sound aloud, except through personal earphones.
• Engage in unsafe acts or disrupt the exhibition's operation.
• Smoke or vape.

The following items are prohibited from being brought into the exhibition hall:

• Pets.
• Outside food and beverages, except for bottled water.
• Glass containers.
• Illegal, hazardous, or combustible items.
• Wheeled transportation devices, including strollers, skateboards, scooters, in-line skates, or shoes with built-in wheels (except wheelchairs).
• Remote-controlled devices and drones.
• Suitcases, coolers, or backpacks larger than 55 x 35 x 25cm.
• Foldable chairs.
• Weapons or items that can be used as weapons.
• Face coverings, except for religious or medical purposes, or face masks.
• Clothing and items displaying offensive language or imagery.

Safety, Security, and Comfort:

• By entering, visitors agree to take reasonable steps to ensure their safety, considering any personal medical conditions. All visitors should behave safely, and accompanying adults must supervise children appropriately.
• Security checks may be conducted on visitors' belongings.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any visitor who violates the terms and conditions, without refund or compensation.
