Ticketing Rules

• Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable once sold. Please confirm the time and ticket type before purchasing.
• Tickets can only be used during the validity period and must be checked in between the opening time and the last admission time of each day. Tickets will become invalid after the expiration date.
• Tickets are electronic tickets. You must show the screen of your mobile phone to the staff for verification upon entry.
• Tickets can only be used once. After ticket inspection, staff will issue a wristband for admission on that day, which can only be used by the person on that day.
• If you wish to re-enter the venue after leaving, please give your admission wristband to the on-site staff and queue up in the order on site.
• If you purchase tickets for multiple people, you must be present at the same time to complete the ticket verification procedure.

Admission Information

• The "Memories Exhibition Hall" will be available from 17:00 to 21:00 from 3/31/2025 to 4/1/2025. Admission will open at 17:00 every day, last admission at 20:30, and departure time is 21:00.
• "Behind the Scenes + Last Bus" Ticket verification and admission will be open 20 minutes before the start of the "Last Bus" show. To ensure sufficient time for the experience, late admission will not be provided after the show starts. No refunds, rescheduling or change of show will be accepted if you are unable to enter.
• To maintain your exhibition experience, no admission will be granted after the time limit and no refund will be accepted for failure to enter.
• To maintain public safety, if there is a large crowd during the exhibition, you will need to wait outside the venue for a while according to the organizer's instructions before entering.
• Due to space limitations, strollers, wheelchairs, bicycles, etc. are not allowed into the venue, and no temporary storage or custody services are provided on site.
• If you wish to leave during the performance of "The Last Bus", you will not be allowed to re-enter the venue. It is recommended that you use the restroom in advance.
• After the performance, please leave according to the staff's instructions and do not linger.
• Mobile phones and earphones will be used in some parts of the course, so it is recommended that you bring them with you.

Rules of the venue

• Food and drinks are not allowed to be brought into the venue. If you need to bring drinking water into the venue, please store it in a sealable container.
• Eating and drinking are prohibited in the venue. If you need to drink water, please go outside the venue. If you need to re-enter the venue, please queue up according to the order on site. There is no food/drink standby service on site.
• As the experience requires reading Chinese text and listening to Chinese instructions, it is recommended that non-Chinese speakers participate at their own discretion. “Mind the Gap” do not provide foreign language versions. It is recommended that non-Chinese primary users carefully consider their own situation before participating.
• Please mute or turn off your mobile phone to maintain the quality of the exhibition.
• Photography and video recording are allowed in the venue, but the use of flashlights, tripods, selfie sticks, long-pole microphones, etc. is prohibited to maintain public safety.
• Live broadcasting, use of live broadcasting equipment, and large-scale photographic equipment are prohibited. If you have any related needs, please write to the organizer in advance to apply for media interview permission.
• Pets (including guide dogs), large luggage, strollers, basket carts and dangerous items are not allowed into the venue.
• Lockers, luggage, pets, temporary storage areas and storage services are not provided on site.
• Please follow the exhibition rules and the guidance of on-site staff.

Exhibition changes and force majeure factors

• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by the exhibition rules. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or ask violators to leave without refund.
