Usage rules

• QR codes can be used to exchange for different styles of physical tickets on site, with limited quantities available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• When a ticket holder uses this ticket, the ticket holder has agreed to the following ticket usage rules:
• Basic ticket holders can enter the venue on a day of their choice during the event (2024/12/13-15). Please note that the ticket can only be used once.
• Basic ticket holders are required to enter the venue on or after 1:00 pm.
• Each ticket can only be entered by one person once. If you need to re-enter on the same day, please get stamped at the exit before leaving. The stamp will be used to enter again. The last entry time is half an hour before the end of the exhibition.
• You need to keep this ticket for verification after admission.
• Photocopies of this ticket will not be accepted and cannot be exchanged for cash or exchanged.
• Please do not bring dangerous goods into the venue: including glass bottles of drinks, sharp tools, ladders, etc. Eating and drinking in the venue is prohibited and smoking is strictly prohibited in the venue.
• If the organizer discovers that anyone is reselling tickets at high prices or hoarding tickets to make a profit, the organizer will cancel the use of the tickets involved.
• The organizer has the sole and absolute right to modify the use of promissory notes at any time, and ticket holders are not allowed to claim any compensation from the conference or the organizer.
• Please note that some on-site facilities, interactive games and passage designs are not suitable for use by strollers and wheelchair users. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
• Ticket holders must abide by any rules applicable to K11 MUSEA and the venue.
• If any ticket holder violates the rules of the conference or these ticket rules, the organizer reserves the right to require temple visitors to leave immediately without any explanation or compensation.
• The program is subject to change without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the right to make the final decision.
• Each ticket holder can only bring two children aged 11 or below into the venue. Other children need to purchase separate tickets to enter the venue.
